Imagine your guests surprise when they learn that they will not only be treated to custom made sushi, but that they too can learn how to roll their own sushi. Sushi Chef Mark Williams comes to your home or office and provides you and your guests with a unique, and fulfilling experience.
How much does it cost?
Prices start at $30/per person. This includes 3 hours of sushi rolling (You are not charge for clean up time) Additional time, if requested, is billed at a flat $45/per hour. Sushi parties are a minimum of 2 people. Our base rate includes all the items found on our Sample Menu. There may be an extra fee for items not on the menu. Contact us for specific requests.
How long do we have your services for?
$30 per person covers 2 – 3 rolls over a three hour time frame. The three hours is three hours of teaching and creating, and doesn’t include the clean-up time. Clean up is part of our customer service. If you wish for more time, the rate after the initial three hours is a flat $45.00 per hour.
Do we make the sushi, or do you? Can we still have a party if we don’t make the sushi?
Either one is fine. I will teach whoever wants to learn but I will also be rolling rolls for those that just want to eat.
Who supplies the ingredients?
I would supply the actual food ingredients, rolling mats, knives, cutting boards, and towels.
I have a food allergy, what should I do?
If you or anyone at the party has a food allergy please let me know so that I can tailor certain rolls towards those people.
What do we need to supply for the party?
A great attitude, an appetite, and perhaps a small amount of refrigerator space.
Do you do “one on one” sushi lessons?
Yes, the standard rate is $45 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum.
How far will you travel for a party?
Mark will travel within the Orlando / Central Florida area for no additional fee. Outside that area will incur additional travel fees. Contact Mark to find out the specifics.
